We can provide early pregnancy advice in regards to diet, exercise, vitamins, future care and what is routine antenatal care and what to expect. As well as early pregnancy symptoms relief and advice.     

We are here for you. All your pregnancy questions answered personalised to your pregnancy. No question is too small nor too complex. We are always happy to answer any questions you might have. 

We can help to provide you with your legal rights when deciding on the type of birth you wish to have. We offer evidenced based information which can help you to make an informed choice regarding your care. 

We can support you with writing your birth plan. We can provide you with all the information you need to make  informed choices about your labour and birth. Providing you with detailed information regarding pain relief options, types of birth and what to expect when you have your baby.

We are here for you. Once your baby arrives we are here to help guide and support you through this amazing, but sometimes overwhelming time. 

We are here to support you throughout your breastfeeding journey. The early days can sometimes be the hardest, but we are here to support and encourage you and provide  breastfeeding advice when it's really needed. 

Once you have had your baby we will provide you with all relevant infant feeding information to help you feel more confident when it comes to feeding your baby. Whether you breastfeed or formula feed, we will support you. Our newborn infant feeding newsletter provides you with vital information to ensure you feel at ease with feeding your baby. 

We are here for your partners too. If your partner is having any anxieties or would like to learn more about pregnancy and birth. We are here for them too. Essentially it's a membership for two. You and your partner.
